Chat Support

  1. Access from Tiller Money Feeds Add-on:
    • Launch the add-on from the Extensions menu
    • Click “Get Help” at the bottom of the sidebar
    • Choose a pre-filled option for faster assistance
  2. Access from Tiller Console (my.tillerhq.com):
    • Click the chat button in the lower right corner
    • Select an appropriate option for your issue

Help Center

  • Visit help.tillerhq.com
  • Search through numerous articles covering:
    • Getting started with Tiller
    • How to use various features
    • Understanding how to manage your finances with Tiller

Tiller Community

  • Access at community.tillerhq.com
  • Search for topics of interest or ask questions
  • Active community with quick responses
  • Tiller support staff also monitor and respond

When to Use Each Support Option

  • Chat tool: Best for bank feed issues, Foundation Template issues, or sidebar-related problems
  • Community: Great for workflow questions, categorization advice, and general inspiration
  • Help Center: Ideal for self-service and learning about Tiller’s features
