Tiller Announces Open Banking Support for Navy Federal Credit Union
Today Tiller is excited to announce open banking support for Navy Federal Credit Union, with a better customer experience and enhanced privacy and security.
The open banking connection will be available for existing and new Tiller customers beginning March 27, 2023.
Open banking connections offer faster, more reliable, and more secure bank data feeds to Tiller’s automated financial spreadsheets for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Read more about open banking connections.
In October of 2020, Tiller was Yodlee’s first partner to offer support for open banking.

After updating my Navy Federal accounts through the tillerhq console and successfully refreshing the account, the same missing transactions are still missing, no change.
Heather- Any updates from Vanguard? Down for almost a month, very frustrating.

is there any update on connection to CIBC?
@J_E_F_F - thanks for letting us know. @selina will be reaching out to you this week regarding your ongoing issue with NFCU missing transactions that we have open with Yodlee.
@norm.thiele - no updates re: Vanguard or CIBC @tweedjack . Please refer to our outage dashboard for known issues and ETAs or write in to us using the Chat tool in the lower right corner of the Tiller Console at https://sheets.tillerhq.com/auth/login if you’re having an issue with an institution that’s not on our outage list OR if you’re having an issue about Navy Fed and this new connection. Let’s please keep this thread specific to Navy Federal CU and the open banking announcement. Troubleshooting is best fielded through our chat support system.
Heather,
I tried to update this morning and received a not authorized message;
You don’t have permission to access “SiteMinder Password Services” on this server.
I’ll try again in the next couple days.
